Doesn’t count for the Master Q unless a BB is written. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only one at the AO. One of these days maybe I’ll Q a workout at the Afterburn and have someone be there for it.
Warm-Up:
YHC coached cross country practice prior to the Burn. Was properly warm upon arrival.
The Thang:
Head north up the ATT to the Woodcroft intersection. Left on Woodcroft all the way down to Hope Valley. Back up Woodcroft with a detour by the Woodcroft Swim and Tennis Club. Scouting out the amenities to see if this could potentially be a future AO. Tennis Courts use a keypad for entry, so that could be a detractor. May just have to plant a running AO.
Continue running the greenway trail all the way up the Power Line hill to the ATT. Return to Bull City Running.
4.5 miles covered. Didn’t care about running for the full hour.
