13 pax emerged from the gloom to celebrate Miyagi and EPO’s VQ. The dynamic duo felt the pressure to push the PAX, so a Tour de Carrboro with lots of movement ensued:

The Thang:
Mosey to the B side ramp for the Santa Fe: Bear crawl up the B side ramp, down the stairs, across the lot to the railroad tracks. On the tracks 5x 3 bunny hops, 3 burpees. Plank out at the cone.
Mosey around the back of Harris Teeter to grass at Weaver Street
2 x 10 Flutter kick
2 x 10 Box cutters
Mosey on Weaver Street to stone wall 2×10 wall dips
Mosey to community center gather in the Octagon of Pain
Paired with a buddy. Buddy #1 runs across grass #2 knocks out excercise. Switch, continuing count. Total of 4 x 100: burpees, air squats, merkins, mountain climbers for the pair. Taking mercy on the PAX, EPO calls an audible and cuts burpees down to 50. Little did the Pax know they would get those 50 burpees in, down the line.
Mosey to Dwell Wall
Pair up Balls to Wall, while buddy does 50 air squats. Switch. EPO comments that he loves the sound of PAX fatiguing out and sliding down the wall.
Mosey to police station grass.
Lunge walk grass, out and back.
Mosey to Sweet Bay Hill. Time to get in those 50 burpees. Run up and down the hill 5 x 10 burpees at the top. Plank out
Mosey to the Green Monster: Pull up buddy challenge. Ito christened the monster with an impressive set of pull ups
