Two PAX met to know the darkness for the 0500 Spartan training. Spears, rope climbs, rock walls, bucket carries, burpees, and rings. Thanks for leading this morning, Rambler.

Eight PAX for the main event. Meet in Woods Charter parking lot at 0530. Haul gear to the field. Get some.

The Thang
AMRAP strength circuit: Farmer Carries, Battle Ropes, Sledgehammer + Tire, Cinder Blocks, Medicine Balls, Dip Station, and more…

Farmer Carry determined our rotation through the circuit. PAX carried between 100#-200# using Griswold’s Farmer Carry handles and 45# plates. The goal was to carry as far as possible, turn around and come back. Once Farmer Carry returned to starting point, PAX rotated to the next station. We made it through two total rotations, plus a little extra.

Announcements
Germ leading an effort to get a group of PAX involved in Perry Harrison’s beautification event this Sunday from 0900-1200 hours. More info on Slack.

Convergence this Friday (8/25/17) with Bastille. There will be no workout at The Wall. Get the clown cars fired up and head north to Southern Village Park. Let’s support this effort. The PAX from the North made a strong showing at our convergence earlier this week. We need to do the same.

Convergence next Monday (8/28/17) with Pleasantville. There will be no workout at The Thicket. Same message as above. We must support our brothers. Traveling outside of BC is good.

Push through the threshold. We will hit a wall during a workout and in life, but do not let that voice that is telling you to stop–do not let that voice win. It’s your duty and responsibility to push yourself, crush goals, and break through walls.

YHC needed a little something extra this morning to get after it. 0430 came too soon. The alarm was not going to beat me this morning. I can always count on Jocko Motivation to give me what I need. Watch the video. Get some.
