YHC and 2 brave PAX braved some very red weather radar to honor The Goat. YHC had planned some hill repeats on Laurel Hill, but with an eye on Accuweather at 5:29am, YHC audibled and redirected the other PAX and their vehicles to Cobb Deck. Though @wuerffel had committed via the #the-goat Slack channel the previous night, his message had mysteriously been DELETED overnight*, so we did not wait for him.

The Thang

Making use of the “Hill” that is Cobb Deck the PAX completed an ascending Ladder (YHC noted the irony of doing a ladder on the ramps) going up and back down 2 ramps, then 4 ramps, then 6 Ramps, then 8 ramps to the roof, and the reversing back down 6, then 4 then 2 ramps. From the roof we could see the downpour had subsided, so upon completion the ramp “Ladder”, we left he deck behind and Moseyed to Gimghoul circle.

At Gimghoul the Pax completed (2) 400m intervals along the straight away of Gimghoul, with 400m recoveries back to the start, and then (2) 800m intervals along Glandon Drive, with 400m recoveries.

PAX then moseyed back to Hooker fields for Mary
