This morning was YHC’s attempt to tie in two themes: supporting one another (more on the awareness topic in the COT), and March Madness. Everyone partnered up after warmups, with the goal to not just complete partner exercises together, but stay side by side on the running tasks. This gives an opportunity to support, push, and bond.

COT
F3Nation is bringing attention to mental health awareness this week, and asked the QIC to discuss it during the COT today. YHC is by no means an expert in the field, and wanted to take the opportunity to share a story about a friend and prominent member of the community who took his own life a few years ago. It was shocking to everyone that knew him, and the greatest lesson for YHC was that you don’t know what someone could be going through. So the message to the PAX was to be aware, to support one another, and to be open to receiving support from the PAX if you need it.
