Before the ME, four PAX (Malware, Bogey, Dean Wormer, and TB) did some EC rucking involving some Everest repeats on Tar Heel Warrior Mountain and then a fellowship ruck around campus.
Then, a little warmup at Hooker Fields: SSH, WMH, IW, and slow merkins. Then, the first mosey…
Stop# 1: The Stairs Next to the Student Stores, for an abbreviated Jacob’s ladder
- Tuck jumps at the bottom (1 to start), burpees at the top (6 to start)
- Plank it out at the bottom afterward for a little right-arm-high left-arm-high and low-plank-hold goodness
- and the mosey continued..
Stop #2: The Corner of South Columbia and South Rd, for some AMRAP
- 1 min dips, 1 min LBCs, 1 min merkins, 1 min squats
- and the mosey continued..
Stop #3: That Bridge Over Manning Drive Between Skipper-Bowles and the Dental School, for some Usain Bolts
- A variety of exercises were called including: merkins, dry docks, WWIIs, Freddy Mercury’s, 8 count body builders, squats, American hammers, flutter kicks, etc., while one PAX ran across the bridge and back
- and the mosey continued..
Stop #4: That Courtyard Under/Behind the Genome Sciences Building Near the Employee Health Office
- Squat pyramid (10-15-10)
- and the mosey continued…
Stop #5: Back to Hooker Fields
- Lots of flutter kicks led by Foodlion
A great morning, everyone crushed it. Welcome to FNG Flea!
