YHC signed up to Q The Rabbit as part of the Tuesdays on Ice challenge without realizing it was the day after the CFB National Championship.  Dammit! Oh well, what’s done is done. To keep everyone together, YHC knew we’d have to run in circles somewhere and,, after consideration, decided we’d do Tabata-style sprints around Boulder Park (upon hearing this, the crowd went wild!).

WARMUP

SSH, WMH, IW, Harvesters, Calf Stretches, Michael Phelps, and we’re off.

MAIN EVENT

Warmup run the long way around to Boulder Park (~1.7 miles)

4 minute Tabata around Boulder Park. 20 second sprint, 10 second recovery. 8 times total.

Recovery Jog around Wildwind.

Repeat the 4 minute Tabata sprints a second time.

Cool down return to the AO (~1 mile).

The first Quarterly Report (Churham-wide convergence) is this Saturday, 7-8am at the site of #jollyroger.

13 PAX showed up to YHC’s cold and wet 3 year F3 Anniversary Q at #thethicket last week and now 13 PAX (including Jinx, who we picked up along the way) showed up for a workout the morning after the CFB National Championship game. Being there for one another is part of what makes F3 so great, keep up the good work. Until next time, AYE!

YHC referred to about 4 different streets as Great Ridge Parkway this morning.  At some point, I should probably learn the street names in this neighborhood.
