Mosey to Playground to begin with The Good:
A Six Pack of merkins and pull-ups.
Start with one pull-up, drop and do 5 merkins. Back-up 2 pull-ups, drop 4 merkins. All the way up to 5 & 1 and then back down again, finishing with one last pull-up and 5 more merkins.
On to The Bad:
Some Paula Adbul (sorry Paula)- Bear Crawl ( 2 parking spots)/Crawl Bear (1 parking spot) across the parking lot
On to The Ugly:
Modified B.O.M.B.S. (Burpees, OH Claps, Merkins, Big Boy Sit-ups, Swings w/KB) each PAX rotates through each exercise AMRAP while timer carries a bucket full of gravel to the end of the parking lot and back.
It got Uglier:
Round 2 of B.O.M.B.S. with a longer timer – bucket carry a full loop around 2 parking lots
Little extra grit in homage to The Man with No Name:
