25 PAX posted in the foggy gloom for their Tuesday installment of pain. YHC was happy to be the Vortex MC. Because it was gloomy and because they have this beautiful turf double soccer field, YHC decided to use all of it and give them a Gloom Dial.

The Thang: The Gloom Dial

YHC split up the field into 12 sections, like the numbers of a clock. The gist of a gloom dial is to travel to each point on the clock and do an exercise, then travel back. Upon returning to the center of the dial, do 5 burpees.

12:00- Walk Lunge for travel. Then:
Air Squats (Cadence) x 15
Jump Lunges (Cadence) x 15
Run back
5 burpees

1:00- Run for travel. Then:
Merkins x 20
Carolina Dry Docks x 20
Run back
5 burpees

2:00- Karaoke for travel. Then:
LBCs x 30
Low Flutter Kicks x 30
Karaoke back
5 burpees

3:00- Bear crawl to the center of the first field, around the midfield circle and back.

4:00- Karaoke for travel. Then:
Air Squats x 20
OYO Jump squats x 20
Karaoke back

5:00- Run for travel. Then:
Merkins x 20
Carolina Dry Docks x 20
Run back

6:00- Walk Lunge for travel. Then:
LBCs x 30
Low Flutter Kicks x 30

8:00- Karaoke for travel. Then:

9:00- Gorilla Walk to the center of the first field, around the midfield circle. Halfway around the circle stop and run back.
