Fun times at The Eagle this week. We had crisp ruck to kick things off, and a strong attendance for the main event. This time is about two-year anniversary for The Eagle. Ocho and Barksdale have done a fantastic job as shepherds of the site, and it is amazing to see the numbers and positive energy so far in 2019. The first year we averaged about 12-13 PAX and now we are north of that. If you’ve never Q’d a workout, The Eagle is a good one to start with.

5 Count Merkin Ring of Fire intermission.
Repeat with Bunny Hops and Tuck Jumps at the turnaround points.
5 Count Low Plank Hold Ring of Fire intermission.
Mosey to the basketball courts and line up on the fence.
Bear Crawl to the wall, 5 Hip Slappers, Bear Crawl back.
5 Count Merkin Ring of Fire intermission.
Repeat Bear Crawl to the wall, 5 Hip Slappers, Bear Crawl back.

Lunge Walk to the wall ,5 Hip Slappers, Lunge Walk back.

Mosey back around to the far entrance for some Backwards Runs with alternating Lunge Jumps at the turnaround points.
