Partner up for each partner team to perform: 100 burpees, 100 squats, 100 dry docks, 100 WWII’s and 100 burpees. Before beginning exercise all pax run around the soccer field (I/4 mile). Upon return to starting point begin respective exercise and then run at every four minute interval regardless of number of reps completed.
When you return from each run, you pickup where you left off with your partner. So if together you and your partner finished 36 burpees after running, then you pickup on #37. Partner A should do 10 reps, then switch to Partner B. One partner rests while the other works. Each partner will do 5 sets of 10 to get to 100 total of each exercise running at every four minute interval until all reps are completed. We completed 10 laps or 2.5 miles in 52 minutes

Co T:Driving in to the AO through the rain and cold this morning I was appreciative of and inspired by the men joining me. Your commitment and leadership is inspiring.
Also wanted to share an important lesson I had to relearn this week: After the storm passed and the roads were clear I thoughtlessly drove too fast, hit a patch of black ice and drove off the road. Luckily, I was uninjured and able to be towed out easily. It was an important reminder to slow down and be more thoughtful when driving. We’re all busy, but not so busy we can afford to be reckless. I am thankful that it wasn’t a lot worse. Aye
