All the Animals gathered this morning to celebrate Beano’s 40th birthday. There was a little music to keep the energy high and lots of coupons to maintain an appropriate level of mayhem.

THE THANG:
- 2/7 Birthday WOD – (15 mins continuously completing the following)
- 2 laps around track – First lap 8-man team Indian Run, Second lap on your own as fast a possible
- 7 pull-ups
- 40 total reps (20 dips and 20 KB swings)
- 2/4 Birthday WOD – Beano’s 2.0, Skywalker, turned 11 on Tuesday. In perfect F3 fashion, we did the following WOD for him as well (15 minutes continuously completing the following)
- 75-yard farmer carry with coupon(s) or sandbag
- 4 blockees with weight or sandbag
- 75-yard farmer carry with coupon(s) or sandbag back to start point
- 11 squat presses with coupon or sandbag
- 40 in February WOD – (15 minutes continuously completing the following)
- Run or carry coupon from field to top of hill
- Complete 20 merkins
- Run or carry coupon from top of hill to field
- Complete 20 merkins
