PAX mosey’d to the bottom of the lot on Sweet Bay Place.
4 PAX Rotations
- 2 Rounds of: Runner (timer), Merkins, Squats, WWIIs
- 2 Rounds of: Runner (timer), Alt. Shoulder Taps, Step Lunges, LBCs
Lunge walked back to top of the Sweetbay Parking lot, then mosey to the Top of the parking Deck.
Part 2
Event consisted of (8) 3-minute reps. For each rep, PAX would run down stairs two floors (to 4) and then back up the roof and then do one exercise until the 3 minute rep was complete, then repeat. Down, Up, Exercise to 3 minute mark, etc.
- Rounds 1-4 the exercise was The Burpee – Down, Up, Exercise to 3 minute bell…reapeato
- Rounds 5-8 the exercise was the Turkish Getup – – Down, Up, Exercise to 3 minute bell…reapeato
