ME: buy-in, everyone complete 30 monkey humpers, 30 peter parkers, and 30 plank jacks and runs around loop to beginning;
Movement 1: squat drop to hop across field; 15 bonny blairs;
– bunny hop (with two pulsing squats for every four bunny’s);
– halfway back with 40 squats and bunny hop
– 15 bonny blairs at end
– Sprint around field to beginning

Bolt 45s; 1.5 laps
Go to hill bear crawl up and then run to other side and perform 10 burpees with two push-ups each and run back;
Back down; 15 burpees with three push-ups;
Back to the AO for bloody mary; do movement and once you cannot, you must do push-ups (scissors)
