Lately, YHC has been focusing more on running than weight training, but The Piranha’s workouts always promise a great turnout and ample opportunities to use cinderblocks. In light of the upcoming Cloud Buster Ruck Event and recent injuries in SODU, YHC designed this routine as an AMRAP to encourage each PAX member to challenge themselves at their own pace.
Warm – a – Rama:
- 20x IC SSH
- 10x IC Frankensteins
- 10x IC Slow Squats
- 10x IC Little Baby Arm Circles front and reverse
- 10x IC Michael Phelps
- 20x IC Mountain Climbers

- Mozied over to the cinderblock pile and asked each PAX to take up a single parking spot on the same side of the lot
- YHC assigned an exercise to be done AMRAP per parking spot.
- The timer was a single runner doing a small loop towards the front of the school
- Exercises per parking spot were as follows using cinderblocks

- Merkins with alternating hands on the cinderblock

- Big Boy sit-ups with feet in cinderblock holes

- After one full round we put the blocks back and did a 5 count per PAX balls to the walls
