As of late the evening before the Q I’ve been trying to come up with a themed workout while still trying to keep it simple. With that said YHC enjoys the various hills in the neighborhood so we were certainly up for a mosey.

The Thang
We would cross into the neighborhood for the 1st of 3 hills at Hermitage Court.
Complete 5 legs exercises at the bottom run to the top and complete 5 arms exercises then increase the intervals to 10 and 15.
Air Drama/Merkins
Mosey to hill #2 on Homer St.
At the top Plank Jacks and the bottom Squats…this time the intervals would start at 15 and work down to 5
Mosey to hill #3 across University Dr. at Briarcliff
At the bottom Jump Squat & the top hand release merkins…work from intervals of 5 up to 15
The PAX were feeling it after the 3rd hill so it was time to head back towards home base but 1st we would stop at the tennis court.
5 count People’s Chair ring of fire on the fence then all PAX lined up and we ran to the opposite end completed 10 True Americans and ran back to the other side. Back on the fence for People’s Chair until all of the PAX completed.
