11 PAX joined in the gloom of downtown Durham to push themselves and start their Friday off right.  It has been a long time since YHC posted at Honey Badger and YHC was very excited to get back.  Let’s get to work.

Warmup:

• SSH IC x25
• Imperial Walker IC x15
• Willie Mays Hayes IC x10
• Slow Merkins IC x15
• Mosey to Bull statue on the corner of Parish and Foster
• 10 Jackass Merkins OYO
• Mosey to the new parking deck

The Thang:

• Entrance hill:
  • Bear crawl up, 10x jump squats, crawl bear back down
    • Repeato x3 – finish at the top of the hill
• Floors 2-7(top)
  • Level 2 to 3: Sprint the flatish length, flip turn and backwards run up the incline. 10x jump lung each leg. Once all complete, 20 Merkins SC on the down.
  • Level 3 to 4: Same same. Sprint the flatish length, flip turn and backwards run up the incline. 10x jump lung each leg.  Once all complete, 20 Merkins SC on the down.
  • Level 4 to Level 5: Karaoke the flatish length facing south, make turn facing same direction then up the incline doing more karaoke . 10x jump lung each leg.  Once all complete, 20 Merkins SC on the down.
  • Level 6 to Level 7 (top): Bunny hop along the flat, flip turn reverse bunny hop up the incline. Yikes! Pick up the six, which coincidentally was YHC. Once all complete, 20 Merkins SC on the down.
  • Recover and enjoy the beautiful view of Downtown Durham at sunrise. God is good.
• Bring it on down now:
  • PAX moseyed to the stairwell and got in plank position
  • 1 PAX begins down the stairs, the rest of the PAX knock out 5 SC Merkins, next PAX goes down, PAX at bottom continue Merkins until all PAX are down.  Yippee!
