Mosey to the Lacrosse stadium, Run Home team stairs (10 sets), 22 Burpees, Run Visiting team stairs (10 sets), 22 Burpees
Mosey to turf incline, Bear Crawl to the bottom, Complete 21 squats, nur up the incline, Complete 1 merkin . Repeat until 1 squat at the bottom and 21 merkins at the top
Numerous audibles were called to alter means of travel. Substituted crawl bear, lunge walk, karaoke run, crab walk, and running for bear crawl and nur. We did not make it to 21/1, instead finishing with 15 merkins/7 squats
Mosey to AO for: 10 Ripken suicides courtesy of our visitor from Sarasota. We had 1:15 to complete half field suicides plus ten erkins

Co T: I am thankful for the opportunity to lead, thankful for our visitors @Dookie and @Ripken joining us, thankful for the facilities we are lucky enough to have access to and thankful for this wonderful place we live. Lastly, I want to share that I had a bad reaction to something that made sleep last night almost impossible. After catching two hours of sleep before getting here and pushing through the brutal Ripken suicides I am reminded of the power of perseverance.
