Some minor mumbling about older PAX heard of late but, October at Vortex is a fest of Gray-Backs leading by example with pounding hearts not chests. Recovery times may slow but in my experience it has been the guys who end a morning with a collective chant of Respect who tend to cross the finish line among the first, if not first. Today, we acknowledged accrued experience fittingly with an escalator that got harder as the numbers ticked higher. Move on up.

Run periphery of half a soccer field quickly as a group
Ladder/Escalator: Each time that PAX returned to the starting corner, they did an exercise below plus all the previously done exercises followed by the run around half field (e.g., run then 5 Burpees -> run then 10 Jump Lunges + 5 Burpees -> run then 15 Dry Docks + 10 Jump Lunges + 5 Burpees -> etc).
