Seven Pax showed for a little EC. Pull ups, Merkins and Bells. Like always. Tugboat said it best, “You always know what you’re going to get with this EC.”
YHC had grand thoughts of doing an Eclipse themed workout, but instead just tried to get the PAX to blackout. No luck, but here was the attempt.
Too many police cars in this lot. (YHC learned after the workout that the Durham Police Department has just started a new police academy, and they are also using the Duke Campus for PT. There is no safer spot in Durham than Duke at 5:30 am Monday morning. ) Since the lot was so crowed we moseyed over to the hill leading up to Cameron. YHC has sided with Riggs, that SSH for warm up is played out, so we skipped that and went straight into Burpees.

Pax split into four groups and rotated through all 4 stations 3 times.

2x :30 seconds each station

Mosey to K ville… except everything there is under construction so we went next to Cameron on the opposite side.
Bear crawl to each strip of brick. At each strip 10 diamond merkins with a total of 7 stops
Bunny Hop back. At each strip this time 10 tuck jumps with 7 stops.
Mosey back to parking lot… but wait…. Bob the Builder doesn’t like us running on his dirt path. “Stay in the Fire Lane!!!” Sorry Bob, didn’t know we were in an off limits construction zone. Next time I’ll bring my hard hat.
