7 PAX showed up to tackle the first Jolly Roger Monday of the year. YHC decided some parking lot station work was just what 2020 needed.

The Thang:
The PAX setup in 5 stations listed below. While one PAX ran to the 3rd light in the parking lot, each PAX completed as many reps as possible. Once the runner returned, we switched and the next PAX took off.
Stations:
- Shoulder press w/ 25lb weight
- Air squats w/ 10lb weight
- Kettle bell swings w/ 15lb weight
- Jump rope
- Medicine ball throws with partner
Mosey to front of school for a round of balls to the wall and people’s chair. Ended with Mary at front of school entrance.
