Main Event: Spooky Baseball
Split into two teams: National League and American League. Each team forms a line as their batting order. Pax then hold a low squat while on-deck or waiting.
20 min – score as many runs as possible
Lunge to 1st base – 10 Squats at 1st base
Bear Crawl to 2nd base – 10 Push-ups at 2nd base
Crab Walk to 3rd base – 10 V-ups at 3rd base
Broad Jump to home plate then 10 burpees to score a run.
The National League edged out the American League by one run! But it was time for extra innings: extra burpees as a group.
