3 PAX enjoyed alternating KB swings and pull ups for 30 minutes. We completed 5 rounds of 20-25 KB swings and AMRAP pull ups, and one final round of KB swings for giggles. Most ended up with at least 75 pull ups and at least 125 KB swings, if not more.
10 PAX came to dance expecting Te”o to Q, but with a recent hamstring setback YHC took the reins instead. After issuing an insincere apology for having to Q, and after priming the pump with some of your standard warm-up fare, we hit the tennis courts.
Double suicides (each trip twice) across four tennis courts, with escalating burpees from 5-20 after each.
Then we descended into single movement delirium. Staying on the tennis courts, we marched to the fence where we wall sat for 1 minute. We then followed it up with 40 standing lunges, 20 each leg. We alternated between wall sits (with overhead claps) and lunges, shaving 2 lunges off each time, down to 26 and then 50 at the end for the cherry on top. We ended up with 314 lunges in total.
Then we bear crawled across the four tennis courts, hit 25 merkins, then crab-walked back and hit 50 merkins. We followed that up with a broad jump across all four tennis courts, 20 WWIIs, and then a bunny hop back, and 25 burpees.
After 50 flutter kicks we called it a day.
