YHC had the privilege of leading the Honeybadger workout. 4 PAX ran EC, 10 attended the ME

Warm Up

Imperial Walkers x 10

The Thang

Fellowship jog to the parking lot near rise, with a deceptive elevation increase at the top.
The PAX made 3 trips up and back down, completing 5 Carolina dry docks at the bottome
1: Bear crawl to the top, run back down
2: Bunny hop to the top, run back down
3: Lunge walk to the top, run back down

Next up: Jog across the street to the next (but much bigger) parking lot for Catch me if You Can
Partner Up
Partner 1: Backwards run
Partner 2: Completes 5 Merkins and then forward runs to catch partner 1. When partner 1 is caught, he does 5 Merkins while partner 2 back runs.
Ran a figure 8 through the parking lot until PAX were back where they started

Rinse and repeat with 5 air squats replacing Merkins

Run to Motorco for some group exercise and pull-ups
One PAX ran 1/2 block to the pull-up bar, completed five pull-ups and then ran back.
The remaining PAX rotated between dips, derkins and pull-ups. We rotated exercises upon the return of each pull-upper. Each PAX did one set of pull-ups. Then, we ran back for Mary
