I am choosing to spin my  lack of creativity in coming up with a workout plan as something that can lead to “elegant simplicity”. Thus, the PAX ran and did burpees. Lather, rinse, repeat. While the PAX were doing their Mary the Hillandale principal rolled into the parking lot. She was understandably freaked out at first by a bunch of random dudes laying down in the parking lot at dawn. Apparently her initial thought was that we were a bunch or rogue teens vandalizing the parking lot. We assured her we were just a bunch of old dudes working out on 20 degree pavement at dawn.

Warm Up:

SSH X 30

Slow Merkin X 10

WMH X 10

Slow Squat X 10

Burpees 5X


The Thang:

The PAX did laps in Ricky Bobby formation around the entire perimeter of the school. We stopped every ¼ mile and the PAX that was at the front of the line at that time picked an exercise. Then we did burpees before resuming the run. We completed nearly 3 full laps and a distance of approximately 2 miles.

COT: There were announcements for the Sat 3/9 2ndF event at Hi-Wire Brewing (12-3PM) and for an upcoming Durham 2ndF lunch at Eastcut (the date for this will be voted on via Slack)
