Eleven men came out to Pleasantville this morning for some fun in the rain. Here”s what we did:
Extra Credit – three came out at 5:00 in a downpour for a pre-workout ruck. Nice work. Major Payne was among them, and unfortunately he couldn”t stay for the main event because he had to get to work. However, being a swell guy and everything, he left his damn sand bags behind for the rest of us to play with.
COP: SSH, WMH, Windmills, Arm Circles, and slow merkins.
Main Event – partner up and grab one sand bag per pair. There are six hills surrounding the green in Pleasantville, and we spent some quality time on every one.
First hill – partner one runs up the hill backwards (called a Bernie Sanders – perfect) and runs back down, partner two does squats holding a sand bag. Switch.
Second hill – partner one runs up and back down the hill with a sand bag, partner two does merkins. Switch.
Third hill – partner one runs up, 10 merkins, runs back down while partner two does WW2s. Switch.
Fourth Fill – partner one runs up, 10 merkins, runs back down while partner two does flutter kicks. Switch.
Fifth hill – partner one runs up, 10 merkins, runs back down while partner two does LBCs. Switch.
Sixth hill – partner one does another Bernie Sanders, 10 merkins, runs back down while partner two does burpee jacks.
The journey back home was a burpee indian run. Last guy has to do a burpee before starting his sprint. One lap around Market Street was enough for everyone to get two sprints in.

Great Q by Fingers.
As always, F3 workouts in the rain are awesome.
