Recovery Burpees

YHC arrived early to find Gordo stretching and Botched/Soybean coming in from a 5k EC run.  We joked about the recovery burpees towards the end after being pretty gassed on those sequences.  Good work by all today!

WARM UP:

Mosey to Devil’s Ridge Hill:

Backward run up to blue emergency light, low squat hold

Mosey to handrails on the way to gymnasium:

15 Australian pull ups, 20 LBC’s  X 3  YHC was feeling those pull ups after 1st set, arms were gassed after 3.

Mosey to courtyard in front of gym where PAX crawlbeared up steps, Side Shuffle Hop as we waited for 6.

COMBO OF:  Box Jumps, One Legged Step ups, Derkins  X 3

5 Burpees OYO

 

Mosey back to Hill:

Sprint up Hill, 5 RECOVERY burpees, bear crawl to blue light

Sprint up Hill, 5 RECOVERY burpees, crab walk to blue light

Sprint up Hill, 5 RECOVERY burpees, gorilla walk to blue light

 

This wrapped it up.  MARY: each PAX went around and called their own exercise, 10 of each, for a Q share friendly way to end.
