Mosey back to playground parking lot for

  • 20 Staggered Hand Merkins
  • 20 squats

  • 20 flutter kicks
  • 20 dry docks
  • 20 ww2

Mosey back to the start for a new one I thought up. Think Merkin Ring of Fire but instead hold Al Gore and Jump Squat when it’s your turn. 3 Jump Squats each. I originally thought to call this one “Global Warming”, but Bump Draft started us off and held the Al Gore hand/arm position while executing Jump Squats and the PAX decided “Pleasuring the Giant” was better. I agree so henceforth PTG it shall be.

COT:

Thanks to all who served on this Veterans Day. Veterans Day is a great day to remember not only our Veterans but also that while there’s a great deal that divides us in this nation, there’s even more that unites us. Try to focus on those things and be that unifying force in your daily lives – at home and in our community. Until next time – AYE!
