On an unseasonably warm December morning, only 3 PAX were brave enough to get their asses out of bed and, as the pre-blast promised, “test the #rameses perfect safety record” in 2021.
The plan was simple enough – say goodbye to 2021, and welcome in 2022. And even though there was a “theme”, we still kept it old-school: no games, no BS, just good old-fashioned reps and work.

No time to waste. PAX took a mosey down to the very bottom of THWM.
- 21 Merkins SC
- Run 1st segment of THWM
- 21 LBCs IC
- Run 2nd segment of THWM
- 21 Body Weight Squats SC
- Run 3rd segment of THWM
Repeat x7 (to keep it interesting, the core exercise changed each time: WW2s, flutter kick, heels to heaven, hello dolly, gas pumps, and box cutters)
- after 4 rounds, all rep counts changed to ’22 (get it?!)
So: (7 times up the mountain) x (3 segments/trip) = 21 running segments for our homage to 2021
Though YHC was worried we wouldn’t have time to make all 7 trips, PAX crushed it and we finished early! Circle up for just a few more reps:

Final counts: 175 Merkins + 175 BWS + 175 Core = 525 total reps. Plus those 7 trips up THWM. All in all a good day’s work
