Main Event
The negative split workout requires the PAX to set a pace so that they run each subsequent mile at a faster clip than the previous mile. So basically you set your base on mile 1 and ensure you’re faster than that on mile 2, then faster than 2 on 3, etc. Today, we ran the reverse Rabbit route so our last mile was on the downhill.
