The Thang
Partnered AMRAP: Take turns (one PAX rests while the other works) working through 4 exercises (Face-Plant, Jump Lunge (cadence count), Sit-up, Super Squat Jump) completing a total of 10 of each exercise per pairing…then complete 20 of each…then 30, etc. Every 5 minutes, break exercises for run (down the hill around the loop once and up to the mailboxes by way of the other entrance). Upon return, pick up progression of exercises with partner.
We completed 25 minutes…I think Dial-up and Buffay were working on their 40 face-plants when we called it.
