It’s hump day, it’s cold, and YHC was Qing. We must be at the Skunk. 5 PAX did a quick fellowship run/warm – up in the parking lot before setting off for the football field for some intensity work. YHC dropped a light at mid field then all PAX assembled in the endzone. YHC told PAX the plan to do 10 burpees followed by a run to the light and back then 10 burpees plus 20 squats then run followed by 10 burpees, 20 squats, 30 merkins then run followed by 10 burpees, 20 squats, 30 merkins, 40 WWII then run and finish it with 10 burpees, 20 squats, 30 merkins, 40 WWII and 50 jump lungees (each leg) followed by a run all the way to the other endzone. We then sprinted back to the first endzone. We mosied to the track and did a little duck and weave and then circled up for Mary
