Three pax got to work at S1E3 of The Afterburn – nothing fancy here, just good old fashion hill running.
Warmup run down to the base of the Southpoint ATT Hill.
Run from the bottom to the top (just under 800m), then immediate turn around and sprint the 200-300m incline at the base and return – repeato
Mosey on over to the hill opposite Southpoint – 3 continuous hill laps
Run on back to BCRC for some stretching – total mileage covered: 5 miles (at least half high velocity hill work)
