The Thang: Shake It lead us on the first half of this adventure. Mozy to track and take a lap. Meet at the start of the 100m straight portion of the track. Sprint 100m, 5 Merkins, sprint back, 10 merkins, sprint 100m, 15 merkins, sprint back, 20 merkins, Sprint 100m, 25 merkins. Yikes that was a lot.

Let’s hit the bleachers. 25x box jumps. Run in single file up and down each stair of the bleachers. Then bunny hop up each stair of the bleachers, then one leg hop up each stair of the bleachers. It looked like a giant snake with 22 guys doing this in single file up and down each set of stairs. At this point we needed a 10 count. Due to near mutiny the Q was replaced by the other site Q Happy Trees.

Mozy to the football field. Freshly aerated I might add. The PAX proceeded to pound out the Jolly Roger using only their legs and their GPS tracking devices. For the five points of the crossed bones we did 10x cadence count body weight squats for a total of 100. Then we ran in single file fashion while YHC traced out the skull and eye patch portions of the symbol. Evidence provided below.

COT: The PAX welcomed FNG Greg who we discovered works with Two Ply selling toilet paper. The possible names were free flowing but we settled on Quilted Southern. It also must be mentioned that Greg has an amazing Rocky Mount, NC accent.
