It’ll be a year in July of this F3 thing for YHC, first post being at TR. Been a game-changer, as for many of you. In that time, definitely have come to dread certain exercises over others, though marked improvement even in those that are challenging.

So decided to confront some of my least favorite exercises and then reward with some that are favorites today.

Loonie joined Bellhop and YHC for an EC coupon ruck in perfect conditions. Awesome fellowship and strong work with a 50# sandbag and 30# plate swapped off on the ATT.

YHC hates bear crawls. Get smoked in shoulders and lungs fast, or at least faster than everyone else, seems like.

That took a while, so put next round to a vote: Buddy Carry down and back, or traveling burpee. It was split. So Barksdale in his infinite wisdom advised doing half and half, traveling burpee to one end, Buddy Carry back, switching halfway. It was fun.

Last on the list of hated stuff was Wheelbarrow, but skipped in interest of time to move onto YHC’s faves.

Brick’s standard for a good workout is burning over 500 calories. Got him to 518! He’ll put them all back tonight at Town Hall Burger and Beer, as we wish him and the M well in their move to The Northern Province.

As at The Eagle on Monday, YHC shared the Catholic tradition of honoring The Virgin Mary throughout the month of May. During this time, all are encouraged to reflect on and recommit themselves to always treating the women in their lives with the utmost respect and love. Ended with a prayer and asking the intercession of Holy Mother.
