Mosey to the nearby park for some FARTLEK, 6 rounds of walk, jog, run, sprint the perimeter. Sucked.

Jacob’s Ladder Squats and Merkins wiht a run in-between, the fine mist of poop water necessitated a quick move of locale due to some people (YHC) not wanting that particular Eau de Toilette.
