2 for EC ruck PT led by Dean Wormer.  Based on the HCs and a Bump Draft late scratch due to a nagging injury, Dean and YHC thought we may be the only PAX for the ME and briefly conspired a shortened workout followed by a luxurious Coffeeteria.  That did not materialize, as we were soon joined by 3 PAX with bad intent in their eyes.

Before describing the workout, YHC has a confession:  YHC is not particularly fond of jazz music.  You will never find him listening to it on the radio, Spotify, or Amazon Music.  That said, he has been to many a jazz club in New Orleans, Chicago, DC, and other jazz destinations and always appreciates high-quality live jazz music.  The key to good jazz is the ability to improvise and adapt.  A good Q is like good jazz music.  And a bad Q is like bad jazz music.

YHC had a plan for ME.  Midway through EC, he decided to scrap it and improvise.  The result was sort of like bad jazz music.  With that, here is your BB soundtrack.

Modified Black Jack.

PAX begin with 1 step up on to ledge.  Bear crawl to wall and perform 20 Carolina Dry Docks.  Bear crawl back and perform 2 step ups.  Then bear crawl to wall and perform 19 Carolina Dry Docks.  Always add up to 21.  Repeato until PAX does 20 steps and 1 Carolina Dry Dock.

EMOM:  1 8-count manmaker, 2 deep squats, 3 burpees, 4 Merkins, and 5 overhead claps.  15 rounds (15 minutes).  For rounds 11-14, increased the reps to 2-3-4-5-6.  For round 15, inreased the reps to 3-4-5-6-7.

People’s Chair.  Each PAX counts out five overhead claps IC.  Needed a little work, but we eventually figured it out.
