The Dee WOD is in honor of Dee Frazier, a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) Special Agent who was killed in the line of duty during an undercover operation in Jackson, TN.
Make every day, every hour, every minute count. Doing so is arguably more difficult during these COVID times, with working from home, remote schooling, etc., but then again that difficulty is a strong, valid reason why making every minute count is so important.
