Maybe it was YHC’s recent vacation to the beach, but somehow the words “hang time” had been stuck in my mind the last couple weeks. And you know how it is: once you get an F3 Q idea in your head, you absolutely must pursue it to its natural (and often painful) conclusion. That was the working concept when 10 PAX arrived at The Bullpen (aka ReCity) at o’dark thirty.

“Hold On, Part 1”

• Partner Up: 1 PAX in Squat holding feet of other, who has hands on rail performing Urkins x 15 (2 sets)
  Side note: This exercise will hereafter be called a Perkin (Partner Merkin)

“Hang Time”

• PAX line up on the sidewalk
• 1 PAX does Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Hangs, Whatever – as long as he can – and gives other PAX a Single Count / IC exercise to perform until his feet hit the ground, recover – next man, until cycled through all PAX 
• Top 3 Hangers-On (FNG Jimmy Neutron, Sweatervest, Soybean) faced off for final hang…and it was Sweatervest by a hair!
• T-Claps to FNG Jimmy Neutron for holding well over a minute, just seconds before competing in the final round!!

“Hold On, Part 2”

• Mosey to Liberty Wall and partner up again:
• 1 PAX People’s Chair holding other PAX feet in air, Perkins 15 count, switcheroo (2 sets)
• 1 PAX holds Air Squat, other performs Dips (Pips?!) on benches x 10, switcheroo

MARY

• Ring of Fire – Low Side Plank, Leg Lift x 3 each, Right and Left
