YHC took an almost a week long vacation with the family out west where the air was a little more thin than back east. So after his 2nd day back and this time leading the group he knew he had to be on point.

The Thang
We moseyed over to the circle wall down a block from City Hall.
20 dips(single count)
15 derkins
15 erkins
15 dips
10 derkins
10 erkins
We then moseyed to the hill near Rise. Once there we would complete a ladder(sprinting up the hill and backwards running back). We started with 1 jump squat at the top and 10 merkins at the bottom. We would work this hill until we were completed 10 JS and 1 merkin. We then moseyed over to the Duke School of Medicine Building for some Johnny Dramas on the stairs. All in all we would complete 100 JD’s and an inch worm bear crawl on the plaza. Indian Run back to City Hall.

Chowdah and Frozen Peas brought up the “Run Across Durham Trail Run” on the Eno. There is a Marathon and 10 miler. Several PAX plan on signing up as that opens up on 7/1. The race date is 12/2/18.
