When Singlet put the call out a couple months back for PAX to sign up to Q this new AO, I jumped at the chance. It is a great site and we all know how supportive and selfless Singlet is. The weather was perfect.
Warmup: SSH, WMH, IW, HB, ACs, MC, and slow merkins
The Thang: Escalator #1
Starting by exercising the lower part of the body and working our way up. Started with 5 IC Johnny Dramas, bear crawled for a bit, added 10 IC squats to the Johnny Dramas, bear crawled, added 15 IC LBCs to the other exercises, moseyed, added 20 merkins, super mario, and added 25 dry docks. PAX then did backwards run and repeated the top part of the escalator (25 dry docks, 20 merkins, 15 LBCs, 10 IC squats and 5 IC Johnny Dramas) before moseying. PAX then rode the escalator to the bottom (e.g., 20, 15, 10, 5 then 15, 10, 5, etc.), travelling between steps until all that were left were 5 IC johnny dramas.
Escalator #2: Changed the exercises and mode of travel, this time started with 5 IC SSH, then added 10 backward lunges (each leg), then added 15 WWIIs, travelling between each level of the escalator. PAX rode the escalator all the way to the top before coming back down.
