The Wall was hopping at 5:27 this morning when I arrived. The PAX were circled up, lots of mumblechatter, and plenty of discussion (from Nighthawk) about the pending Volunteers vs Crimson Tide match-up tomorrow. Of course my mind is laser focused on PSU v Michigan so I had to put an end to that chatter.
Before we got started, I asked the PAX to recall some of their favorite or most memorable FNG names and associated stories (particularly those they came up with). And as they had them they could share throughout the workout. Lots of good ones came-up:
Jorts, Golden Pinky, Zook, Mothman, Rambler, Stinky Pete, Manscaper, Timex, Monte Cristo (aka Dutch Master), Bandit, and a few others I can’t recall.
12 PAX were on time, 1 PAX (Duplo) was 30 seconds late. 13 PAX got after it.

Main Event
Traveling pyramid
The PAX completed a 7 round pyramid with travel in between sets. We made it around the Wall circle twice to do the following:
- Round 1: 10 slow merkins
- Round 2: 10 slow merkins + 20 mountain climbers
- Round 3: 10 slow merkins + 20 mountain climbers + 30 prisoner squats
- Round 4: 10 slow merkins + 20 mountain climbers + 30 prisoner squats + 40 SSH.
- Round 5: 10 slow merkins + 20 mountain climbers + 30 prisoner squats
- Round 6: 10 slow merkins + 20 mountain climbers
- Round 7: 10 slow merkins
After Pyramid, PAX were awarded with AYG sprints from bottom of Whispering Wind to the first street light, then instructed to Bernie Sander to the top.

Created a tough workout so the PAX could feel good about kicking back and relaxing this weekend. Hopefully that includes watching Penn State battle Michigan in the Big House! Until next time.
