A couple of months back, YHC had the Q but was feeling it after a few consecutive days of hard work. Jokingly mentioned the possibility of audibling to some light yoga and discussing our feelings in a circle. Which led to the idea for today’s Q, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
YHC and Bellhop got cracking early with a four-mile ruck, trading dumbbells and good conversation. A hearty crew awaited us on our return. YHC was glad 16 Seed was nowhere in sight, as I owe him 25 burpees at our next post together due to a stupid wager on the UNC-UVa game.
An eerie cry pierced the gloom prior to warm up, and Floyd was alarmed. However, upon being assured it was a mere rooster, he remarked, “Oh, good. I’m not afraid of roosters. I can kick a rooster.”

YHC took us out with a prayer that we spread love and joy wherever we go, today and everyday.
