Fun times this morning at TKD. 7 got in a 2-mile EC ruck where discussion topics included parenting and YHC's pretty decent Cartman impression.

In messages last night with site Qs Swamp and Castaway, learned that we needed to move the steel coupons from their original location lest they be purloined by construction crews. So made that part of the warm-up.

Christmas playlist kept things festive from the get go.

One partner holds plank with feet on coupon while partner does 10 derkins with feet on coupon, flapjack until 100
One partner holds steel overhead while other partner does 20 bent-over rows, flapjack until 200
One partner holds steel in low squat hold while other partner does 30 weighted squats, flapjack to 300

Round 2 –
One partner low planks while other partner does 10 wide-grip derkins, flapjack to 100 (this was difficult – and Uzi noted "maybe you didn't think this one through Cosmo!" He was not wrong.)
One partner does AMRAP tricep extensions while other partner does 20 bicep curls, flapjack to 200
One partner holds weight in front rack position while other partner does 30 overhead presses, flapjack to 300
