It has been five fantastic years since Paparrazzi first dragged me out to Thin Blue Line for my first-ever workout. Back then all workouts were conducted in caves and we did a live human sacrifice of one PAX after every workout. That made growth challenging! Ah, the good old days.
We did various exercises in reps of five–burpees, imperial walkers, Willie Mays Hayes, Good Mornings, squats.
Then we did a Ricky Bobby a loooong way to the parking lot in front of Rise Biscuits.
In that lot we did a series of exercises (flutter kicks, merkins, Freddie Mercurys, etc.) while a PAX ran around the parking lot.
Then we moseyed to Motorco (or is it motored to Moseyco? The PAX were divided as to what kind of honkytonk Moesyco might be) and did some Australian pullups, urkin.derkins, and dips.
We moseyed back to the AO for more flutter kicks.
You guys inspire me every single workout. You push me to go further and to show up. My relationship with you men is one of the best things in my life. I am ever grateful.
