We had field day at P”Ville last month and didn”t get to all the great things we could do so after a text on Saturday afternoon from Homes it was time to give the boys more fun in the dirt. However after some strong storms last night it was actually grassy mud. Nevertheless off we went.
After some AEC (it”s no easy feat finding litter in the friendly confines of SV) nine hearty souls circled up.
Warmup
So nine guys circled up but only eight were wearing socks and shoes so we all did burpees until Nightshift finished getting dressed.
Arm circles forward and back
20 mountain climbers.
The Thang
Jog over to the soccer field at Scroggs and split into two teams. Nine guys not even teams. Our resident CPA Homes suggested three teams of three which made more sense. Each team would send a man towards the far end of the field doing traveling burpees. When he reached the 25 the next man would go. When he hits the 50 run to the far end of the field and run back. Do that three times until all PAX have finished. Upon completion 15 rolling merkins just to make sure everyone got their fair share of mud and rain.
Back to two teams (fairness be damned) and men plank next to each other going down the field. First man in line crawls under the second man, box jumps over the third, crawls under the fourth, box jumps over the fifth and then planks at the end. Do this all the way down. Finish with 50 prisoner squats.
Mosey back to the far end of the field and back in teams of three and grab a tire. One man throws the tire towards midfield, runs to the tire and does a burpee before he can throw it again. When at midfield pick up tire and run to the start. Second man is doing merkins/squats until he returns. Third man runs a lap. Do this for two cycles.
Time running out so carry tires and cones back to AO. Those carrying cones run backwards and relieve those carrying tires along the way.

COT
Remember no matter how clean your AO is there”s always something that can be done. Remember no matter how happy a man appears there”s always something you can do to help him.
Thanks for following me around for 45 minutes boys…no better way to start the day.
