This was YHC’s first time Q’ing a full one hour workout. Naturally, there were some adjustments that needed to be made to past formulas and I found myself not only wondering what combination FITS, but also what FITS the TBL culture and expectations. This got me thinking about the Core Values for my day job at Net Friends and how we wanted to ensure we positioned our core business so it better supports the community we serve. Unintentionally, we ended up with the acronym F.I.T.S to represent our core values:
F – Fulfill Explicit Needs
I – Improve Lives
T – Treat Everyone Like a Partner
S –Share Knowledge
YHC’s natural inclination was to use FITS as an acronym to not only frame the workouts, but also to limit each circuit to 4 exercises at a time. Here’s how we spent the hour this morning within this framework:
Warm Up:
25x Side Shuffle Hops
5x Burpees
10x Little Baby Arm Circles
10x Little Baby Arm Circles Reverse
5x Burpees
10x Willie Mays Hayes

25x Merkins
25x Squats

COT:
Due to all the heavy ab work during The Thang, we skipped a formal Mary and caught our breath after doing a half soccer field of Slinkies. There was one prayer request from FiddleStick to pray for Joey Parsons. Two announcements: 1) YHC mentioned The King’s Dominion’s second soft launch date at New Hope Church and that it will be meeting weekly from 5:30am to 6:15am every Wednesday. 2) BitCoin announced Ironman’s upcoming game. Cosmo, gracious as ever, was kind enough to take us out.
