Escalating On

YHC wanted to celebrate Appomattox moving on to bigger and better things. What better way to celebrate going to the next level than escalators?

Warmup: SSH, WMH, Good Mornings, Michael Phelps

Mosey to the very bottom of THWM. Basic format: up the hill, stop for reps at the first gate, second gate, and top of the parking lot. Down the hill, stop for reps at gates and the very bottom.

First round: Run up THWM, Carolina Dry Docks (8, 16, 32)

Second: Run down THWM, burpees (2, 4, 8)

Third: Bear crawl section one, run section two, bear crawl parking lot, jump squats (8, 16, 32)

Fourth: Run down THWM, burpees (2, 4, 8)

Fifth: Run up THWM, merkins (8, 16, 32)

Mosey to the tennis courts for more escalators. Basic format: run, stopping between courts for reps.

First round: squats (2, 4, 8, 16, 32)

Second: shoulder taps (2, 4, 8, 16, 32)

Third: burpees (1, 2, 4, 8, skipped the 16 as the Q was smoked)

Mosey to the pavillion, each PAX grabbed some bench.

Step ups, dips, merkins (5 5 5, then 10 10 10, then 15 15 15).

Mosey back to the top of the parking lot.
