- Overhead Clap
- Merkins
- LBCs
- Squats
Round 1: 5 reps of each (Burpees single count together, all others IC), then lap around the circle.
Round 2: 10 reps and then a lap
Round 3: 15 reps and then a lap
Round 4: 20 reps and then a lap
Mosey across the street to the gov’t building for 20 x Dips & 20 x Step Ups. Rinse & repeat.
