YHC is neither the first, nor last, to attempt a “play on words” workout on this magical day: March 14, 3/14, 3.14, pi… With how successful today went, I can only hope to Q on Star Wars day, May 4, may the fourth, may the force (be with you).. COME ON.. STAY WITH ME…
In full disclosure, I didn”t “almost fartsack” my own Q this morning, I was exactly 3.14 minutes late (on time if Coco had posted). But once we got that fact squared away, 9 hearty pax got to work.
SSH, 10 slooooooow count merkins, arm circles
Pi circuit (3 rounds, 1 rep per count, 4 exercises) – 22 reps of an exercise with 7 merkins between each exercise (22/7= 3.14)… mind BLOWN
Round 1: 22 air squats, 7 merkins, 22 dips, 7 merkins, 22 stepups, 7 merkins, 22 alternating jump lunges
Round 2: 22 air squats, 7 merkins, 22 dips, 7 merkins, 22 stepups, 7 merkins, 22 Bulgarian split squats
Round 1: 22 air squats, 7 merkins, 22 dips, 7 merkins, 22 stepups, 7 merkins, 22 single leg squats
Pi is the circumference of a circle divided by its diameter and Archemedes estimated it with 22/7 – so we decided to go with an circular ark loader (yeah, its a stretch, deal with it)
